Dr. Jamilah Hanum Abdul Khaiyom currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, AbdulHamid Abu Sulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. in Psychological Medicine from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Master in Clinical Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. As a Clinical Psychologist, she provides psychological services at the Psychology Services Unit in the department and the university’s flagship initiative, IIUM Mental Health and Psychosocial Care Team (IMPaCT). Her areas of specialization are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Relaxation Training, Anxiety Disorders.
