  • I would like to make an appointment for a therapy session, what should I do?"
If you are a new client, please fill in the registration form at the following link: Once you have completed the registration form, our team will get in touch with you within 5 - 7 business days. The reason it takes us a while is because the Clinical Director needs to review your information and assign a therapist that is suitable to your situation, pending therapists' availability.
  • How much is a therapy session?
Pricing varies depending on your individual needs. Complex or specialised needs requiring specialised therapists will cost more relative to less complex needs. We also consider your financial circumstances. Where your financial circumstances meet the criteria for subsidised rates, you may qualify for the lower rate under the Jom Sembang programme. Please note that there are limited places within the Jom Sembang programme. [Our Jom Sembang applications are currently unavailable.] A simplified table is listed below. Prices are listed for one Intake Session of 1.5 hours. Read more about our rates here.
  • Can I choose my own therapist?
We currently have more than 20 therapists working with our clients. All our therapists have varying schedules and availabilities. Some only work one or two days a week, others only work on specific days of the week. At the moment, our Clinical Director evaluates every client's needs and identify the most suitable therapist for the client. This helps you to access the care that you need at the earliest convenience. All our therapists have gone through a rigorous selection process so rest assured that you are in good hands.
  • How do I access therapy services during movement restrictions period?
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved therapy services online. If you do not have internet access at home, or have issues finding a quiet, private space for online therapy, please contact our team for alternate arrangements. Our center is currently not opened to the public due to the movement restriction orders. When public health directive permits, you may choose to attend face-to-face therapy session at our center in Sungai Besi if you prefer. Until then, all therapy sessions are conducted online or by phone.
