Frequently asked questions
I would like to see a therapist. What do I need to do?
If this is your first time with us, please fill in the registration form at the following link:
How much is a therapy session?
Pricing varies depending on your individual needs. Complex or specialised needs requiring specialised therapists will cost more relative to less complex needs. We also consider your financial circumstances. Where your financial circumstances meet the criteria for subsidised rates, you may qualify for the lower rate. Our rates start from RM 50 per session and may reach RM250 depending on needs and circumstances.
Can I choose my own therapist?
We currently have more than 20 therapists working with our clients. All our therapists have varying schedules and availabilities. Some only work one or two days a week, others only work on specific days of the week. At the moment, our Clinical Director evaluates every client's needs and identify the most suitable therapist for the client. This helps you to access the care that you need at the earliest convenience.
How do I access therapy services during movement restrictions period?
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved therapy services online. If you do not have internet access at home, or have issues finding a quiet, private space for online therapy, please contact our team for alternate arrangements.
