Once you have completed the registration form, our team will get in touch with you within 5 - 7 business days. The reason it takes us a while is because the Clinical Director needs to review your information and assign a therapist that is suitable to your situation, pending therapists' availability.
Pricing varies depending on your individual needs. Complex or specialised needs requiring specialised therapists will cost more relative to less complex needs. We also consider your financial circumstances.
Where your financial circumstances meet the criteria for subsidised rates, you may qualify for the lower rate under the Jom Sembang programme. Please note that there are limited places within the Jom Sembang programme. [Our Jom Sembang applications are currently unavailable.]

We currently have more than 20 therapists working with our clients. All our therapists have varying schedules and availabilities. Some only work one or two days a week, others only work on specific days of the week. At the moment, our Clinical Director evaluates every client's needs and identify the most suitable therapist for the client. This helps you to access the care that you need at the earliest convenience.
All our therapists have gone through a rigorous selection process so rest assured that you are in good hands.

If you are currently pursuing a psychology degree, you may apply either as an Intern or a volunteer (not skilled volunteer).
For skilled volunteers (volunteers who have relevant professional experience), we have listed the skillset and professional experience that will be of significant help to us. These include but are not limited to:
- Translating written documents to Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, and Mandarin
- Fundraising
- Legal (contract, industrial relations)
