Centre Coordinator



The Clinical Services Coordinator manages the day-to-day functioning and operations in the Client Experience team under the Clinical Service department. Specifically, they lead and facilitate the onboarding, offboarding and handover client and mental health professional related processes, namely the intake, registration, client assignment processes.


They are further responsible for improving the Clinical Service operations through strategy and development. They also play an important role in managing the working conditions of the center to ensure a safe and supportive environment to manage positive client experiences.


Required skills & experience

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Oral and written proficiency in Malay and English,

  • Mandarin and Tamil will be an added advantage

  • Corporate Experience

  • Other Psychology related knowledge (ACE Training, PFA Training
